- Capacity: The facility can process 1500 square feet per day.
- SCADA based line: Provides online monitoring of all activities, including pH monitoring, auto dosing, and current density monitoring.
- 100% Process monitoring and batch traceability of anodized parts ensured.
- New line capable of Type II (soft) and Type III (hard) anodizing.
- Automatic Anodizing Line scheduled to be operational by August 15, 2024.
- Line connected to a ZLD - ETP (Zero Liquid Discharge – Effluent Treatment Plant) with a capacity of 16KL per day.
